What Our Patents Are Saying
“Ryan has been a life-saver! My weekly PT visits have changed my life – my horrible shoulder pain is almost gone, I highly recommend him!”
Julie S.
“I was referred to Ryan by a friend to help me with my migraine headaches. Through his one on one care he has helped me greatly reduce my migraines in frequency and severity. I have had migraines since the age of 8 and have tried numerous medications and other treatments over the years to help me. Thanks to Ryan I am having the longest stretches between headaches I have ever had and am still seeing improvement. I have also gained mobility in my neck and could not be happier with my results.”
Jeff T.
“Ryan is amazing. He is more than a physical therapist, he does deep tissue work that really helped some chronic pain issues. I was amazed by the relief that I got after just a few short times with Ryan. I would highly recommend him for your physical therapy needs.”
Sally R.

Joint Mobilization
Joint and spine mobilization involve the movement of joint surfaces to increase mobility and alleviate pain. The main aim of joint mobilization is to restore the normal joint play that might have been compromised by damage or injury.

Dry Needling
Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, is the use of either solid filiform needles or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome.

Orthopedic Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is any form of hands-on treatment that is designed to help a part of the body function better. Injury, disease, swelling, or surgery often leaves joints and soft tissue inflamed and painful with limited flexibility and mobility.

Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercises are specific exercises meant for correcting specific problems. The focus of the therapeutic exercise is on regaining flexibility, strength, and endurance related to specific physical problems.

Chronic Headache Treatment
The physical therapists at 1on1 PT use a variety of techniques to diagnose and treat chronic headaches including manual therapy, exercises, and patient education on topics such as relaxation.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy often referred to as myofascial release, involves the application of gentle yet firm pressure to specific areas along the body, known as pressure or trigger points. This pressure is provided by the hands of physical therapist trained in pressure point release.

Spinal Manipulation
Spinal Manipulation is a technique that treats back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches and other musculoskeletal conditions via the application of forceful skilled passive movent to the spinal facet joints to treat dysfunctional areas in the spine to restore the spine’s mobility, reduce pain and assist in the body’s natural healing processes.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that focuses on pain believed to arise from myofascial tissues — the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles.
The focused manual pressure and stretching loosens up restricted movement, leading indirectly to reduced pain.

Balance Training
Approximately one-third of people over the age of 65 and almost half of the people over the age of 80 will fall at least once this year. Falls can lead to injuries that significantly decrease your quality of life and restrict you from leading an active and independent lifestyle.
Frustrated with the limitations and inconsistency of treating patients in a large physical therapy clinic, Dr. Fenton decided to open his own practice. Operating as a small private practice allows the doctors at 1on1 Physical Therapy to provide consistent treatment, one patient at a time.
When you choose 1on1, you will see the same doctor at each visit. We will provide you with our direct attention and focus, which helps us understand your needs, challenges, and goals while also getting to know you better.
